The FIR reportedly lists her as 25 years old, but in the apology clip, she claims she’s only 15. She apologizes, saying she never intended to create such a controversy. The student’s apology video surfaced just hours after Prime Minister Modi’s latest Instagram video, in which he appealed for restraint and forgiveness after abusive slogans were chanted against him during a student protest. In the message, he mentioned the recent events at Jantar Mantar, where some mischievous young men used language inappropriate for any civilized society and hurled filthy abuses. Responding to this, Prime Minister Modi stated that not only was he targeted, but his deceased mother was also treated very badly. Reflecting on the strong public reaction, Prime Minister Modi attributed this to childhood mistakes, noting that childhood offers the opportunity to correct those mistakes. Seeing the anger and resentment in society, he understood how deeply shocked people were by this student’s use of abusive language. He stated that the need of the hour is to embrace them and show them the right path. It is our duty to guide them; punishing them, dragging them to court, or harassing them in society will not change the situation. The Prime Minister clarified that he wishes to forgive them and hopes that society will accept their sentiments, stating that he has only one feeling in his heart.

Protests by youth at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar regarding the NEET paper leak, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the establishment of a fast-track court to ensure transparency and security of the exam. Following this, the CBI has filed a charge sheet against 13 accused in the NEET paper leak case in Delhi’s Rahul Avenue Court. Fast-track Court Judge Anu Grover Baliga will hear the charge sheet today, Wednesday, July 29th. Those named as accused in the CBI investigation include Yash Yadav, Mangilal Bival, Dinesh Bival, Vikas Bival, Shubham Khairnar, Dhananjay Lokhande, Prahlad Kulkarni, Tejas Harshad Kumar, Dr. Manoj Shirure, Shivraj Raghunath Motegaonkar, Manisha Bagmare, Manisha Mandhare, and Manisha Sanjay Havaldar. All of these accused are currently in judicial custody. The CBI registered an FIR against the accused under sections 315 (5), 318 (4), 61 (2), 238, and 303 (2) of the Indian Penal Code, sections 13 (2) and 13 (1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, and sections 10, 3, 4, 5, and 11 of the Public Examinations Act. The hearing in the NEET paper leak case was postponed on the very first day of the trial in the Fast Track Court, July 27th. Following this, Delhi High Court Chief Justice DK Vice-Chairman ordered the formation of a Fast Track Court and appointed Anu Grover Baliga as its judge. The Fast Track Court was established to hear cases related to crimes committed during public examinations. It will hear cases similar to those under the Core Public Examinations Act.

Recently, the Education Department announced strict action against private schools operating without recognition and registration. It is reported that the department has identified such schools and initiated action against them. Notices have been issued to the operators of seven schools in the Sanjay Nagar, Kheda, and Transit Camp areas of Rudrapur. Notice issued from Education Officer’s office The notice issued by the Deputy Education Officer’s office clearly states that operating the schools without recognition violates the provisions of the Right to Education Act, 2009. Citing Section 18 (1) of the Act, the notice states that no private school can operate without obtaining recognition from a competent authority. The notice directs school operators to close their schools with immediate effect. Failure to comply will result in a FIR being filed against the operators and strict action will be taken. Instructions for closing schools Chief Education Officer Harendra Kumar Mishra stated that the notices were issued to seven schools after investigating repeated complaints of unrecognized schools operating in the district. Also, all school operators have been asked to present their side within the stipulated time.It is believed that in the coming days, special investigation campaigns will be conducted in other areas of the district as well and strict action will be taken against all the schools violating the rules.
Ram Mandir Donation Case: FIR, Eight Arrests, and Trust Resignations Deepen Scrutiny Over Alleged Financial Irregularities
A case involving the alleged misappropriation of donations made by devotees at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has captured the nation’s attention. Questions regarding the management of donation funds at this temple—central to the faith of millions—have sparked a fresh debate on transparency and accountability. Amidst the intensifying investigation, Champat Rai, General Secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, and Trustee Anil Mishra resigned from their respective posts on Friday. According to media reports, Champat Rai decided to step down on moral grounds. Prior to these resignations, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the Uttar Pradesh government had submitted its preliminary investigation report. The report reportedly highlights several serious irregularities and administrative lapses concerning the collection, counting, record-keeping, and monitoring systems for donations and valuable offerings received at the temple. However, the investigation is ongoing, and final conclusions are yet to be reached. Based on the SIT’s preliminary report, the first FIR was registered at the Ram Janmabhoomi police station. The complaint was filed by Trust member Krishna Mohan, who had joined the Trust following the demise of former trustee Kameshwar Chaupal. The FIR alleges serious financial irregularities in the management of donations and offerings made by devotees. Within hours of the FIR being registered, the Uttar Pradesh Police arrested all eight individuals named in the case. The arrested accused include Avinash Shukla, Anukalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Manish Kumar Yadav, Karunesh Pandey, Ramashankar Mishra, Subhash Srivastava, and Ramshankar Yadav (alias Tinnu). The police are interrogating the accused and examining documents and other evidence related to the case. The FIR includes charges of theft, criminal breach of trust, concealment of stolen property, criminal conspiracy, and various provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), as well as the Prevention of Corruption Act. Investigative agencies are attempting to determine the extent of individual involvement in the alleged irregularities and identify the procedural lapses or malpractices that occurred in the management of donation funds. This matter is considered highly sensitive because the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is a focal point of faith for millions of devotees. Every day, a large number of worshippers offer cash donations, gold, silver, and other valuables at the temple.
