Pratik Yadav, the younger son of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav and the younger brother of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, died suddenly on Wednesday morning at the age of 38. Pratik Yadav’s wife, Aparna Yadav, is a BJP leader and Vice-President of the Uttar Pradesh State Women’s Commission.
According to reports, he was brought to Lucknow’s Civil Hospital around 6 a.m. on Wednesday, where doctors declared him dead. Dr. Devesh Chandra, CMS of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Hospital, stated that he was already dead when he was brought there. After the Panchnama (inquest), Pratik Yadav’s body was taken to KGMU, where his post-mortem is being conducted. It should be noted that Pratik Yadav had been unwell for some time.
