Cockroach Janata Party is going to organize a big movement and protest in Delhi. Recently, this campaign started as a digital movement on social media as a meme, but now it is getting ready to reach the ground level. It is being told that Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Deep will leave for Delhi from America on June 6 for the movement, before which Saurabh Das, Vijeta Dahiya, Ashutosh Rai have been appointed as party spokespersons who will communicate with the public and media. Party spokespersons held a press conference for the first time at the Constitution Club in Delhi and demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. They also informed that on June 6, party founder Abhijeet Deep will reach Delhi airport where he will seek permission for a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar.
People are raising questions about the selection of party spokespersons. Saurabh Das, who has been selected as the Chief Spokesperson of the Cockroach Janata Party, wrote on his account, “I am extremely excited to be joining the Cockroach Janata Party as its Chief Spokesperson.” He is a journalist by profession who primarily works on legal, judicial, and social issues. He is also a social activist who participated in the anti-pollution protests at India Gate in November 2025 and, through RTI and research-based actions during the COVID-19 pandemic, provided public information about the development and operation of the Aarogya Setu app, bringing it to the spotlight.
Vijay Dahiya, the party spokesperson, who graduated from the prestigious engineering institute Delhi Technological University, is a political scientist, researcher, writer, and filmmaker who has written several well-known books and directed Haryanvi films. He has also been selected as one of the best writers on the Hindi platform Quora for his deeply researched analysis on topics such as politics, history, and cinema.
Ashutosh Ranka has also been appointed as the spokesperson of the party, who has done B.Tech from the country’s most prestigious engineering institute IIT Kanpur and Masters in Public Administration from London School of Economics. He has also worked with the global consulting firm McKinsey and is also active in campaigns related to environment and education. He is known as a consultant public policy expert and social activist. Last year, he led many public movements related to environmental education and youth in Jaipur, also worked on the issue of Dhol Ka Barh, Amyra suicide case and NEET paper leak. Also, as the spokesperson of Cockroach Janata Party, he is raising his voice in front of the media for improvement and transparency in the education system of the country like NEET CBSE paper leak.
